Service Agreement Part 2 : Parts Inspection

by Carrie Privette, Friday, June 2, 2017 2:13 PM

The first part of our service agreement routine is all about cleanliness. After we clean your system inside and out, we move on to making sure all of the components are functioning properly.

First, we will inspect all of the electrical components and wiring of the system to ensure they are safe and up to code. Then, we will check the function of your capacitor, inspect O-ring, Schrader caps, and inspect line set insulation. Each part on your system is inspected to insure it is not worn and functioning as it should. Finally, we inspect the indoor coil for leakage and the TXV.

This concludes the second portion of our service agreement routine.

After inspecting parts to make sure they are all functioning correctly, we will test the operation of the system as a whole. Read more about this in the next section of this series.
